He was a master's student and I was *just* finishing high school. My parents thought the same thing you do. (Except he was the virgin sweetheart in our relationship. I was the one who had to not "talk him into doing something that he didn't want to do".) Then, when I was 19, I started dating a man who is 13 years older than me. (He was FREAKED OUT by how young I was, but I was persistent.) We ended up dating for two years and we're still casual friends ten years later.<br /><br />So.
